When you submit a manuscript to journals published by Emres Publishers, we will consider whether the manuscript has already been published or submitted elsewhere. If similar or related work has been published or submitted elsewhere, you must provide a copy with the submitted manuscript.
The primary affiliation for each author should be the institution where the majority of their work was conducted. If an author has subsequently moved, you may also include their current address. We remain neutral with regard to jurisdictional claims in published maps and institutional affiliations.
If the manuscript includes personal communications, please provide a written statement of permission from any person who is quoted. Permission via email is acceptable.
We reserve the right to reject a paper, even after acceptance, if it becomes apparent that there are serious problems with its scientific content or if our publishing policies have been violated.
